Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at ELORA. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy.

1. Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding official holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently offer the following delivery options within Egypt:

Standard Delivery: Expected delivery within 3 to 5 business days. (Count starts from the day your order is shipped).

Please note: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Transit times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Within Egypt

We currently ship to all governorates within Egypt. For remote areas, delivery may take 1-2 extra days.

4. Accurate Shipping Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is 100% correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize you've made an error, please contact us immediately at info@elroabags.com. If the order has already been handed to the carrier, we may not be able to change the address.

5. Failed Deliveries, Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If a delivery attempt fails because the address was incorrect or the recipient was unavailable, you may be responsible for any return and re-shipping fees.

  • ELORA is not liable for any packages that are lost or damaged after the shipping carrier has confirmed them as "delivered." For any issues with the carrier's service after delivery confirmation, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • However, if your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date at info@elroabags.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation and help resolve the issue for you.
